We use a dark sourdough bread with long fermentation for a smooth bread full of beautiful blisters. This bread is topped with a crush on grain. First we put on real butter and then two slices of smoked ham and two slices of cheese. Gouda is a cheese from the Netherlands with a good character and melts well when heated. To give delicious taste and an extraordinary expression in the counter, we top with three slices of semi-dried tomato. The tomato is sweet and free from oil and saltiness. Weight 206 g.

MOZZARELLA, Pesto & Tomato

We use a sourdough bread with long fermentation for a smooth bread full of beautiful blisters. On the bread we have a fantastic pesto with basil, 24 months of Parmegiano Reggiano, garlic, pine nuts and a delicious olive oil. Then we put on three slices of mozzarella and three gaps of a sweet semi-dried tomato. The sweet tomato is a perfect combination with pesto and mozzarella. Weight 168 g.

 

 
Spizy chorizo surdegspanini

SPICY CHORIZO

We use a sourdough bread with long fermentation for a smooth bread full of beautiful blisters. We have real butter on one side of the bread and put a slices of chorizo on top. Chorizo is common in Spain and Portugal and has a rather strong taste and a clear red tone of peppers. Here it’s spiced up a little bit extra with tabasco to add heat to the taste picture. Finally, we garnish with a tasteful feferoni. Weight 188 g.

CHICKEN BBQ

We use a sourdough bread with long fermentation for a smooth bread full of beautiful blisters. We put on sliced Swedish chicken breast and then we sprinkle the BBQ sauce. The BBQ sauce has a slightly smoked tone with clear saltiness and intensity. We top it off with a bean mix of white and dark beans and finally a mix of three kinds of grated cheese with intense character. Weight 205 g.
