Levain bread originates from France and is characterized by a clear taste of sourdough with large blisters. The first fermentation is often four hours long and the bread is baked in a very hot oven to give it that beautiful dark tone. We have real butter on one side of the bread and Dijon mustard on the other one. A slice of smoked ham and Gouda cheese on top. In the hot oven, the cheese melts and gives perfect harmony with the mustard and the smoked ham. Weight 151 g.
